Beyond my training, I’m a proud mom to an amazing daughter, a wife to a wonderful husband, and a devoted fur mama to two adorable pups. As a busy working mom, I understand the challenges of prioritizing workouts and self-care, but I also know how essential they are. That’s why I strive to be as flexible as possible with my clients—because making time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s leadership.
