Service Description

We offer personalized 30 or 60 minute training sessions designed to align with your fitness goals. Your first session is complimentary and includes a comprehensive physical assessment, covering both static and dynamic posture, body composition measurements, and a lifestyle and health history review. We’ll discuss your short- and long-term objectives and create a structured plan to help you achieve them. Each training session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, and concludes with static stretching for a smooth, relaxing cooldown. Most sessions follow the NASM OPT (Optimum Performance Training) Model, which is grounded in a broad range of scientific research and principles. To aid recovery, we strongly encourage increasing water intake after workouts. We suggest taking monthly measurements to track your progress and body composition, along with timed plank tests and other fitness challenges to assess your improvement. While we cannot suggest specific diet plans, we are happy to share your recommended macronutrient intake to compliment your fitness routine and help achieve your goals. To accommodate busy schedules and maintain consistency, we offer flexible training options. Sessions can be held in your home, at our gym, or virtually via Zoom. The choice is yours!
